WCW Bash At The Beach PPV
Huntington Beach, CA
June 11, 2006

WCW MAIN EVENT

Rich Landrum and Blackjack Mulligan welcome everyone to the Main Event, live from Huntington Beach, CA.  This is the pre-show for WCW Bash At The Beach and they are directly on the beach.  Mulligan and Landrum talk about the big show that's coming up later  tonight.  In the main event, the WCW World Champion Sean O'Haire defends his title against the returning Booker T.  Also, Hulk Hogan faces Brock Lesnar.  Arn Anderson faces Jeff Jarrett in a Last Man Standing match.  The Tag Team Champions are here.  The Womens Champion, April Hunter is here.  And now, let's go to David Penzer...

ETHAN STORM versus TIMBER THE LUMBERJACK

Timber starts off in control and just pounds away at Storm who rolls out of the ring to escape.  Timber follows and chases Storm around the ring and gets nailed by a big knee by Storm as he tries to re-enter the ring. Kicks and stomps by Ethan and a big suplex for two.  Timber reverses a whip and catches Storm with a flapjack. Legdrop by Timber for two.  Clotheslines by Timber and a big press-slam.  Another two.  Timber presses Storm again and tosses him to the floor.  As referee Hage Patel admonishes Timber, we see Storm digging into his tights on the outside. Timber reaches outside the ring to grab Ethan and gets nailed by Storm and a pair of brass knucks.  Storm quickly scurries into the ring and covers TImber to get the pin.
WInner:  ETHAN STORM

We go to the interview area now where Terri Runnels is standing by with Soce the Elemental Wizard, Daniel Puder and the World Tag Team Champions, Tank Abbott & Hugh Morrus.  Later tonight, the champs are facing the Boogie Knights!  'Well, Disco and Alex Wright won't be dancing tonight", says Tank Abbott.  Unless they plan on dancing in a body cast!  Hugh speaks and says that Disco & Alex are dancing fools who will deserve every inch of pain and agany they get tonight for daring to come after the tag team titles.  It could very well be the end of one or both of their careers.. and that's no laughing matter.  Puder talks briefly about his open challenge for later tonight.  He doesn't know who his opponent will be or even care because just like Kurt, just like Goldberg, and just like Jannetty, they'll be tapping out and going to the hospital!  Soce is all smiles as he stands behind his team and says that success is never guarenteed, unless you're a part of Team Soce.  And then, it's just elemental!

Back to Penzer and the next match on WCW Main Event.

EVAN KARAGIAS & ELIX SKIPPER (with Jimmy Valiant) versus DOUG GILBERT & "WILDFIRE" TOMMY RICH

Classic tag team action as we see both teams use lots of double-teaming and quick tags to keep control of the match.  Rich & Gilbert seem concentrated on the leg of Karagias and keep going back to that same body part, keeping Evan trapped on their side of the ring.  Rich goes for a figure-four, but Skipper comes in to break it up with a big kick to the head of Rich.  Referee Russ Cherico sends Skipper back to the corner as we see Rich and Gilbert do more double-teaming on Karagias, working him over in the corner.  Finally, Evan manages to catch Gilbert with a jawbreaker and gets the hot tag to Skipper who unloads on both Rich and Gilbert with kicks and clotheslines.  He's all over the place and on fire.  Skipper nails Rich with a enzaguri and looks ready to cover when he looks to the outside and sees Ethan Storm coming back out and nailing manager Jimmy Valiant from behind with a steel chair.  Karagias is down to help his manager, but gets whalloped by Storm as well.  Skipper tries to go outside to help his manager and partner, but Rich and Gilbert attack again and drop him with a big double DDT to the mat.  Rich covers and gets the pin.
Winners:  TOMMY RICH & DOUG GILBERT

Storm is in the ring now with the chair.  Both Karagias and Valiant are laid out on the mats outside the ring.  Gilbert and Rich hold Skipper as Storm slams the chair down across his head.  Storm then drops the chair and raises the arms of Rich and Gilbert in victory.

We go back now to Landrum and Mulligan who talk about what just happended and specualte whatis the connection with Rich & Gilbert and Ethan Storm.  They then continue to plug the PPV and run down a few more of the matches - including Cyrus versus Joel Gertner and C.W. Anderson taking on Scott Steiner.

Back to Penzer for the next match..

MIKE YOUNGBLOOD versus COLT CABANA

It's a clash of future superstars as the Native American Warrior, Mike Youngblood is taking on the very popular Colt Cabana.  We see a quick handshake at the start as the two men lock up and quickly exchange armdrags and take-downs.  Several two counts by both men.  The action picks up and tempers begin to flare as Youngblood traps Colt in the corner and lights his chest up with a series of chops.  Suplex by Youngblood for two.  More chops by Youngblood and a big slam.  Youngblood climbs up top, but Colt manages to catch him before he can fly and clips the legs.  Youngblood sings soprano!  Colt with a superplex from off the top, but only gets a two as Youngblood gets a leg on the ropes.  Colt with a slam and a big DDT for the cover.  Youngblood tries to escape, but Colt grabs the tights for extra leverage and referee Parker Paige makes the three-count.
Winner:  COLT CABANA

We now go where Terri Runnels is with Ivory and Juventud Guerrera,  Ivory is going after April Hunter and the Women's title while Juvi will be in her corner.  Ivory talks about hanging out with Juvi and some of the places he's taken her over the past few days.  She's more fired up than ever and plans on making April Hunter look like one of the street-walkers in Tiajuana after a few too many shots of tequilia.  And if April's new boy-toy, Buff Bagwell wants to get involved, she's got "The Juice" in her corner.  Juvi cuts a promo in spanish, but ends by saying that he'll make Bagwell his mamacita for the night.  Very strange interview segment!

Back to Penzer for the next match..

RICO (with Soce & Daniel Puder) versus "SUPERSTAR" CHRIS CHETTI

Rico and Chetti lock up several times with neither man able to get an early advantage.  Several forearms by Chetti and he locks Rico into a chinlock. Rico elbows to escape and goes for a takedown, but Chetti has scouted him well and counters with an armdrag and a dropkick. Rico is stunned that Chetti is putting up so much of a fight and starts getting frustrated.  Another lock-up and Rico moves forward and kisses Chetti smack on the lips.  Chetti recoils and attempts to back away, but he's let his guard down now and Rico plants a knee into the guts.  Neckbreaker by Rico and he waits for Chetti to get up as he plants several kicks into the belly and to the head of Chetti.  Unorthadox roll-up and Rico scores the pin.
Winner:  RICO

As Rico celebrates, we see Chetti getting angry and arguing with the referee, Brent Robinson.  Chetti goes after Rico, but gets immediately stopped by Daniel Puder who accompanied Rico to ringside.  Puder locks a submission-style front choke on Chetti and chokes him out as Rico and Soce watch.  Rico and Soce raise Puder's hand as a sign of victory.

As this match ends, we go back to Landrum and Mulligan who put in one last plug for the Bash at the Beach PPV.  If you haven't ordered it yet, go call your cable provider now!  They run down the matches one more time and then send it to Tony Schiavione, who is sitting alone at the announce table at ringside.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING BASH AT THE BEACH

Pyro explodes and the crowd roars as Tony Schiavione welcomes everyone to WCW Bash At The Beach.

Tony mentions that he's all alone and music hits as the owner of WCW, Eric Bischoff comes out and comes to the ring.  He says that he won't take long, but he wants to introduce a few new faces to the WCW audience. Over the past week, he decided that things needed to be shaken up a bit.  And one thing that needed to be changed was the announcers.  He only kept Dutch Mantell around because he felt sorry for the guy.  But now he's gone.  As for Madden. Eric gave him a chance and things just didn't work out.  Too bad!  But Schiavone can't call a PPV by himself, so Eric went out and found two men to work with Schiavone at the announce position.  First off, this man was a part of the original WCW Monday Nitro from day one.  Joining Schiavone at ringside is.... "The Living Legend" Larry Zbyskzo.

Larry Zbyszko comes out and waves to the crowd, giving them a big salute as "Larry" chants echo throughout the arena.

We go back to Eric as Larry takes his seat and puts on a headset.  "And for the other spot", Eric continues... "I realized that I needed someone who can handle anything that we need him to do, a man who is smart, articulate, and knows wrestling.  A total package, so to speak.  So here is WCW's newest announer, please welcome... Lex Luger.    Mixed reaction from the crowd as "The Total Package" Lex Luger comes out and joins Schiavone & Zbyszko at ringside.  Eric smiles that big smile as he acknowledges the two newest members of WCW at ringside.

We cut to David Penzer as Eric leaves the ring. This is the opening match for WCW Bash At The Beach...

WCW CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP - TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
JEFF HARDY (c) versus "YOUR NEW ADDICTION" KRAZY K versus SEAN "X-PAC" WALTMAN

Fast paced action as all three men are determined to win the match and title and give 150% to the PPV audience.  It continues for about ten minutes with no man able to maintain an advantage for more than a few seconds and several two-counts by all the wrestlers.  Finally, Waltman sends Hardy flying to the outside with a big dropkick.  Krazy K tries to roll up X-Pac, but X-Pac uses Kirby's own momentum to get a two count.  X-Pac is in control and whips Krazy K into the corner and goes for the Bronco Buster.  Krazy K manages to get a foot up as X-Pac dives in and catches him with a boot to the midsection.  X-Pac falls backwards and hits the mat hard.  Meanwhile, Jeff Hardy has come back from the outside and is perched in the corner on the top turnbuckle.  As X-Pac falls back, Hardy launches himself from the top and catches X-Pac with a perfect frog splash!  Cover by Hardy and Kirby is too slow in the corner to break it up as referee Parker Paige makes the count.
Winner and still Champion:  JEFF HARDY

We go backstage now where Bob Caudle is with WCW World Champion Sean O'Haire, "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson, Charlie Haas, C.W. Anderson and the always dangerous Dawn Marie.  Three of the Horsemen are wrestling tonight.

C.W. speaks first.  He welcomes Dawn Marie to the family and says that this is one of the most extreme women in wrestling today.  With her at their side, the success of the Horsemen is a certainty.  As for his match, Scotty Steiner made the mistake of a lifetime by sticking his nose in their business.  He wanted to help his friend, Jeff Jarrett.  That's all well and good, but who's going to help him when he faces C.W. Anderson tonight.  No one!  And C.W. promises that Steiner will get what he has coming to him.  Haas is upset that he's not wrestling tonight, but he vows that just because he's not in a match doesn't mean he won't make his presence known!

Arn is quiet as he mentions his match with Jarrett.  It's "Last Man Standing" which means anything goes and the two men will beat each other within an inch of their lives.  Arn is ready to do whatever it takes, for Woman and for himself.  Jarrett has always been a nuisance and at times, downright annoying.  Well, that ends tonight, once and for all.

O'Haire is the last to speak.  He's the WCW World Champion and so far, no one has been able to take that title from him.  Not Hogan!  Not Harley Race!  Not Mick Foley! Not Terry Funk! And now, coming back from an extended stay up north is the former five-time WCW Champion, Booker T.  Well, Booker won't be able to di it either.  Booker and everyone else need to realize that this title is his.  It belongs to O'Haire... and the Horsemen.  And no one is taking it away!  No one!

Back to Penzer for the next match...

WCW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
HUGH MORRUS & TANK ABBOTT (c) with Soce the Elemental Wizard & Daniel Puder
versus
DISCO INFERNO & HUGH MORRUS

As Team Elemental comes out, Soce spots a sign in the crowd promoting his website and newest CD ("The Lemonade Incident" available at http://www.greathiphop.com/) and gets the sign from the fan, bringing it with him to the ring.  Disco and Alex enter next, and Disco is carrying his duck. Tank & Morrus attack at the bell and immediately start pounding away at Alex.  Lots of punching and brutal double-teaming by the Tag Team Champions.  Disco tries to help by swinging at Morrus from the outside, but misses as Soce grabs his foot from the floor.  Disco drops to the floor and begins chasing Soce around the ring.  Meanwhile, in the ring, we see Abbott and Morrus hit Alex Wright with a big double-slam.  Disco is still chasing Soce and doesn't see what's happening until he runs into a big clothesline by Puder on the floor.  Seeing that Disco is well incapacitated on the outside, Morrus climbs the ropes and hits "No Laughing Matter" on Wright.  Morrus covers and referee Tommy Young makes the three count.
Winners and still champions:  HUGH MORRUS & TANK ABBOTT (with Soce & Puder)

We head to the interview area where Terri Runnels is standing by with Brock Lesnar and Sable.

Brock mentions that Eric Bischoff needed something done.  He needs someone to teach a lesson to Hulk Hogan about respect and manners.  And Brock vows to do that tonight, even if he has to destroy Hogan to do it!  Sable gets in a few words about how she might give the fans a thrill and do the grind for them after Brock wins.  But then says that they're not worth it.  She's saving her grind for someone who deserves it, her man, Brock Lesnar.

Back to the rijng and Joel Gertner is standing in the ring with a microphone in hand.  He introduces himself with a profanity laced, innuendo filled commentary, talking about pearl necklaces, cheerleaders and being buried in the sand.  He's on fire!  And then he talks about "The Virus" known as Cyrus.  Joel has never claimed to be a wrestler, or even a tough guy.  But "Virus" is a punk, a liar, a skum-sucking parasite and just a stupid S.O.B.  He already "Virus" out of one company and he's ready to do it again!  Gertner calls to the back and tells "Virus" to get his bony ass out there and get ready to go back to the extreme!  Here comes Cyrus from the back and the next match is ready to go on.  But before Cyrus can attack Gertner, Joel informs everyone that the match has been declared "NO DQ" by order of Eric Bischoff.  Cyrus says he doesn't care and moves towards Gertner as the referee calls for the bell.

NO DISQUALIFICATION
JOEL GERTNER versus CYRUS

Cyrus spears Gertner almost immediately and they begin rolling around on the mat with Cyrus getting in shot after shot on the bigger Gertner.  It's all Cyrus as referee Hage Patel pulls Cyrus back and tells him to quit using the closed fist.  As Patel reprimends Cyrus, we see Gertner digging into his tights.  As Cyrus pushes the referee aside, Gertner tosses some kind of powder into Cyrus' face.  Cyrus is blinded from the powder and can't see anything as Gertner soundly kicks him in the groin.  Gertner covers and the referee starts to count, but at the last second, Cyrus kicks out.  Gertner is stunned.  He starts to punch away at Cyrus, but Cyrus's vision is starting to clear as he blocks the punch.  Big DDT by Cyrus and he goes to cover Gertner.  We see a figure coming from the back - it's Paul Wight, aka The Big Show, who was just released this past week from the WWE.  Wight grabs Cyrus and chokeslams him to the mat before placing the limp body of Gertner across the body of Cyrus.  Wight tells Patel to count and the referee complies as he counts the three.
Winner:  JOEL GERTNER

As Gertner and "The Giant" celebrate in the ring, we go out back where we see a limo pulling up.  A door opens and it's Hulk Hogan, followed closely by son Nick Hogan.  The camera follows Hogan and Nick as they enter the building.

We then cut to Terri Runnels who is standing by with Jeff Jarrett and "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner.  Terri starts to ask a question, but Jarrett snaps at her to "shut her pie hole and just hold the microphone like a dumb broad should!"  Jarrett rambles about Arn Anderson for a bit and how the Horsemen used to mean something, but Arn is leading them down the path of no return.  Does he think it's a coincidence that Woman was injured on his watch?  Not hardly.  Jarrett talks about taking what used ot be a good wrestler and putting him out once and for all.  Why?  Because Anderson pissed him off!  Steiner takes the mic next and cuts into a profanity laced promo where he talks about all the "white trash" in the audience.  And they expect C.W. Anderson to deal with the "Big Bad Booty Daddy"?  It's not going to happen!  Steiner vows to put a beating on Anderson that he'll never forget and then starts rambling about how he'll celebrate with his freaks!  "Holla if yu hear me!"

We now to go video footage of Daniel Puder breaking the arm of Bill Goldberg in an ambush attack several weeks ago.  And then to last week on Nitro, as Puder attacks TV Champion Marty Jannetty and locks him in the kimura, forcing Jannetty to tap as well.

We go back to the ring now and Soce the Elemental Wizard is standing there with his bodyguard, Daniel Puder, along with Rico and the World Tag Team Champions, Hugh Morrus and Tank Abbott.    Soce has the mic.  He plug his site at MySpace (www.myspace.com/soce) but insists that he only wants cool people to visit him there.  And that rules out 99% of the crowd here at Huntington Beach, CA.  This is the open challenge and his man, his bodyguard, Daniel Puder, has challenged for any fighter or wrestler to come down and see if they can handle the blonde fighting machine.  Soce calls to the back and wants to know if anyone back there has the guts to step up and wrestle Puder.  Puder's already "hurt Kurt" and made him whine!  He's already put Goldberg and Jannetty on the shelf.  Who's next?  At first, there is no respose and Puder gets on the mic.  Doesn't anyone have any guts back there?

Lights flash and a figure appears on the rampway. Someone is answering the challenge.  It's Shawn Stasiak.  Stasiak works his way down to the ring to a mostly silent crowd.  If Puder wants a fight, he's ready to give him one.  Soce, Rico and the Tag Team Champions leave the ring and go to the floor as Puder and Stasiak go nose to nose.

DANIEL PUDER versus SHAWN STASIAK

Shawn scores with the first takedown, but can't capitalize as Puder rolls away quickly.  Another lock-up and Puder quickly takes Stasiak down with an armdrag and locks in an armbar. Stasiak reverses and uses a drop-toehold to take Puder down to the mat.  Shawn covers for a one count.  They lock up again and we hear Soce holler from the outside for Puder to "finish him".  Stasiak backs Puder up against the ropes and, in a quick burst of speed, we see Puder lock up Shawn in a kimura armlock, or keylock.  He cinches it in and Stasiak tries to escape, but can't.  Shawn resists, but rather quickly, ends up tapping.
Winner:  DANIEL PUDER

Here comes Marty Jannetty from the back.  His shoulder and arm is bandaged and he quickly attacks Puder from behind.  Rico, Morrus and Abbott are all quickly into the ring and pull Jannetty away from Puder and start pouning away at him, as Soce directs traffic.  Big powerslam by Morrus and they pick Jannetty back up.  Rico with a superkick. Puder signals for them to pick him up once more. Puder moves in behind Jannety and locks in the keylock submission on Jannetty's arm.  Jannetty taps and taps, but Puder refuses to release the hold. We see referees and agents fill the ring as Puder cinches in the hold.  Finally, Jannetty has passed out from the pain and Puder releases the hold. Puder and Soce hug as Soce raises his arm in victory.

Backstage again now where Bob Caudle is with Hulk Hogan and his son, Nick.  Hulk says he doesn't know what Eric's problem is, but he needs to learn that Hulkamania is still the strongest force in the universe.  Brock Lesnar might be the "next big thing", but Hulkamania has been running wild for quite a long time and has no plans of stopping just yet!  Hogan rambles on for a bit, cutting the usual promo and closes by asking what Brock and that skank, Sable are gonna do, "when Hulkamania runs wild on you!"

We cut now to the backstage area where we see Marty Jannetty being loaded into an ambulance, holding his arm.  Scott Steiner is walking by on his way to the ring and he tells one of the EMT's to be sure to have another ambulance ready in about 15 minutes because C.W. Anderson is going to need it!

We go to Penzer who introduces the next match.

C.W. ANDERSON (with Dawn Marie) versus "BIG POPPA PUMP" SCOTT STEINER

Right from the start, fists are flying as Anderson and Steiner seem determined to just pound the crap out of each other.  Steiner uses a low blow to take the advantage and press-slams Anderson to the mat.  He spots Dawn Marie in the corner and proceeds to talk trash to the ringside valet.  Anderson is back up and catches Steiner with a spinebuster for two.  Suplex by Anderson for another two.  Anderson goes for another suplex, but this time, Steiner reverses and tosses Anderson to the floor with a belly-to-belly suplex of his own.  Steiner follows and slams Anderson into the steel steps before turning his attention to Dawn Marie.  Steiner talks trash as he approached Dawn at ringside and violently grabs her.  Dawn responds with a vicious low kick on Steiner that sends him to the floor.  Anderson is back up and he holds Steiner so Dawn can get in a vicious slap across the face of "Big Poppa Pump".  Anderson rolls Steiner into the ring and covers for two.  Anderson whips Steiner into the corner, but then charges into a big boot by Steiner, followed by a stiff clothesline.  Steiner locks up Anderson in the Steiner-Recliner.  Dawn Marie is up on the far side of the ring and referee Russ Cherico goes to get her down from the apron.  As he's distracted, we see Charlie Haas come in from the outside and score on Steiner with a brutal DDT.  Anderson rolls the arm and covers Steiner as referee Cherico drops and counts the pin.
Winner: C.W. ANDERSON w/ Dawn Marie

Now we cut back to the announce table where Schiavone talks about what has happened so far and again, welcomes Lex Luger and Larry Zbyszko back to WCW.  Zbyszko talks about that human game of chess and how the biggest and best are right here in WCW and how hard it is to be a legend sometimes.  Luger is a bit more humble and says it was a long road to come back to WCW.  But he's here now and ready to perform tothe best of his abilities. He has no plans to get into the ring, but he's feeling great being here and calling the action with Larry & Tony.

Schiavone then plugs the next big WCW PPV event, coming up on July 9th from just up the road in San Diego, CA.  It's WCW Beach Blast!

We see a video promo for the WCW Beach Blast PPV.

We go to Penzer for the next match.

WCW WOMENS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
APRIL HUNTER (c) w/ Buff Bagwell versus LISA "IVORY" MORETTI w/ Juventud Guerrera

April and Buff get on the mic before the match and trade compliments about who's the hottest, who's the bigger sex symbol, etc.  Finally, they decide that they're both pretty hot and hug as the crowd boos this mutual love-fest.  Ivory comes out with Juvi at her side and charges April at the bell.  Take down and chinlock by Ivory.  April reverses and kicks Ivory in the gut before slamming her to the mat.  Legdrop by April for two.  Kicks and stomps by Hunter, but Ivory rolls and kicks the leg out from under April.  Ivory is on top and repeatedly slams Hunter's head into the mat before covering for two.  Clothesline by Ivory and a big slam.  Cradle by Ivory for two.  Ivory with another slam and she climbs the ropes, setting up Hunter for the big bulldog.  Buff is up and shoves Ivory off the top rope to the mat.  Juvi comes around and pulls Bagwell down from the apron and unloads a series of punches to the face of Bagwell.  Ivory is down on the mat and Hunter slowly moves in, kicking and stomping at Ivory.  April picks Ivory up and whips her into the ropes, preparing to backdrop Ivory to the mat.  Ivory leapfrogs Hunter and rolls her into a small package.  Referee Hage Patel is in position and makes the count.
Winner and NEW CHAMPION:  LISA "IVORY" MORETTI

Juvi climbs into the ring and celebrates with Ivory as April rolls to the floor.  Bagwell is back and tries to comfort April, but she's incensed and blames him for not being there.  We watch Bagwell and April argue as they head up the rampway while Ivory and Juvi continue their celebration.

Backstage now where Terri Runnels is standing by with Booker T & Sharmell. Booker is all smiles as he says he's come home.  He feels like he just got out of a long prison sentence, but he's free at last and home in WCW.  And he's going after his title.  He was the last real WCW Champion and was a five time champion.  And now, he's pumped and ready for number six.  Sharmell casts an icy stare at Terri and tells her that she needs to keep her eyes to herself - Booker is "my man".  Booker and Sharmell walk off as we go back to Penzer for the next match.

HULK HOGAN  (with Nick Hogan) versus BROCK LESNAR (with Sable)

We see Nick Hogan accompany his father to the  rampway, but Hulk turns and tells Nick to wait in the back where it's safer.  Hogan continues to the ring alone.  Brock is accompanied by Sable.  Hogan immediately goes after Brock with fists and kicks and a huge slam.  Knees by Hogan and a press press slam.  Hogan goes for the legdrop, but Brock rolls out of the way and Hogan crashes and burns.  Brock immediately goes after the leg and starts kicking and stomping away at Hogan's knee.  Brock applies a stepover toehold and cinches down on it, making Hogan scream in pain.  More fists by Brock and a huge gorilla-press slam on Hogan.  Brock hits a big powerslam on Hogan, but rather than cover, Brock starts posing for the crowd.  Big mistake as Hogan is up and "hulking up!". Fists by Hogan and he whips Brock into the ropes for the big boot!  Hogan goes for the legdrop, but Sable reaches in and grabs Hulk's foot for a momentary distraction.  Here is Nick Hogan out from the back and he grabs Sable, making her release Hulk's foot.  Hogan is distracted by this action on the floor and turns around, walking right into a big kick by Brock.  Brock picks up Hogan and administers the F-5.  Referee Brent Robinson makes the count of three.
Winner:  BROCK LESNAR

As Brock and Sable celebrate, we see Nick Hogan climb into the ring to check on his father.  Brock spots this and grabs Nick by the neck before handing him over to Sable.  Nick is tying to resist, but we see Sable deliver a picture-perfect Sable Bomb to Nick Hogan.  He's laid out next to his father as Brock and Sable hug and leave the ring area.

We head backstage where WCW Cruiserweight Champion, Jeff Hardy is standing by with Bob Caudle.  Jeff is wearing his Cruiserweight Championship belt and talks about getting past X-Pac and Kirby earlier in the night.  It was a tough match, but he pulled it off and kept the title.  And now he's ready to step it up a notch.  Jeff says that he's challenging the winner of the Sean O'Haire - Booker T match tonight.  He wants a shot at the WCW World Championship tomorrow on Nitro!  It's time to show the world what Jeff Hardy is all about!

We see a video package of Jeff Jarrett since his return to WCW and his blatant attacks on Woman  and announcer Bob Caudle.  We see Arn Anderson vow revenge for his manager and the video package goes quickly into the repeated confrontations between Jarrett and the various members of the Horsemen.

Back to the ring and David Penzer for the next match...

LAST MAN STANDING
"THE ENFORCER" ARN ANDERSON versus "THE CHOSEN ONE" JEFF JARRETT

Arn and Jarrett quickly lock up and begin trading punches.  Arn gets the advantage and slams Jeff to the mat before missing a kneedrop.  Jarrett seizes upon the knee injury and delivers several kneedrops to the leg of Anderson before locking in a figure-four leglock.  Arn manages to reverse the hold and rolls to the outside to pull himself together.  Jarrett follows, but Arn catches him and rams him into the ringpost. Arn picks up Jeff and drops him across the fan-barrier before kicking him in the guts.  Arn rolls Jarrett back into the ring and delivers a suplex before standing back and letting referee Parker Paige administer a count.  Paige makes it to eight before getting back up and Arn is back on the attack again.  Clubbing lefts by "The Enforcer" but Jarrett manages to drop down and grab Arn's tights, pulling him face first into the corner.  Arn is stunned and we see Jarrett move in from behind with a knee to the back.  Schiavone and Luger are commenting on the pain that Anderson must be in with his surgically repaired neck and spine.  Jarrett is in control and is choking Anderson on the ropes.  The referee tries to get him to break and we see Jarrett clock the referee. Paige is down.  Jarrett smiles an evil smile as we see him hoist Anderson up and deliver a piledriver hard into the mat.  Arn is holding his neck and screaming in pain.  He's hurt!  Jarrett just stands over Anderson, watching him.  We see EMT's coming from the back and here comes Charlie Haas, Sean O'Haire, Dawn Marie and C.W. Anderson as well - the Horsemen.  Jarrett just slides out of the ring and walks off, smiling as everyone tends to Arn.
NO CONTEST

We go backstage and Hulk Hogan is pissed off and leaving the arena, headed to his limo.  Nick is with him, rubbing his neck and saying that he's OK.  Hogan wants to get him checked out.  Eric Bischoff is here and he's all smiles.  Bischoff tells Hogan to be sure to be at Nitro again tomorrow night.  Because he has another match.   Hogan complains about what happened to Nick and how Sable & Brock put their hands on him.  Eric just smiles and says that Nick came out of the back and grabbed Sable first, so he seems to have started it.  Eric says he should have him arrested for asaulting Sable, but he won't because he's such a nice guy.  "As a matter of fact, bring Nick to Nitro tomorrow night.  Bring the whole family if you'd like. I insist!", says Eric.    Hogan glares at Eric as we go back to Penzer.  It's time for the main event.

WCW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
SEAN O'HAIRE (c) w/ Dawn Marie versus BOOKER T w/ Sharmell

A big pop from the crowd as Booker T and Sharmell are the first to come to the ring. A more mixed reaction for O'Haire and Dawn Marie, who's thoughts are clearly on their injured leader, Arn Anderson, backstage.  Booker is aggressive right from the opening bell and floors O'Haire for a quick two with a leg lariat.  O'Haire rolls to the floor to regroup and talk to Dawn Marie, who tells him to concentrate on business.  O'Haire climbs back into the ring and manages to take Booker down and lock up the arm.  Booker uses elbows to escape and gets another quick two as we hear Sharmell screaming encouragement to her man.  Booker stays on the attack and it's all that O'Haire can do to avoid being pinned as Booker is focused and determined to win.  Finally, we see Booker pick up O'Haire and slam him down with a Book-End.  Booker climbs up top and sets up for the missle-dropkick which connects perfectly.  Booker covers O'Haire as referee Tommy Young is in position.  Two-count as O'Haire just barely manages to roll the shoulder up.  Booker can feel it now and he puts O'Haire in position for the big axe-kick.  But as he goes up, O'Haire moves and Booker crash and burns.  O'Haire with a big superkick and Booker is stunned. O'Haire moves in and rolls up Booker, along with a handful of tights and a foot on the ropes for extra leverage to get the pin.  Referee Tommy Young makes the count.
Winner and still WCW WORLD CHAMPION SEAN O'HAIRE

Booker and Sharmell complain to the referee, but it's no good! Young again declares O'Haire the winner and still champion.  As O'Haire and Dawn celebrate, we go to Schiavone, Luger and Zbyszko who thank everyone for watching.  See you on Nitro tomorrow night!  Thanks and good night!

The end!
