World Championship Wrestling has released Lenny Lane from his contract. WCW wishes Lenny Lane well in all future endevors.
World Championship Wrestling has released Hector Garza from his contract. WCW wishes Hector Garza well in all future endevors.
Injury Reports:
Nancy Benoit aka "Woman" suffered several bruised vertebrae as a result of a guitar shot by Jeff Jarrett last Monday on Nitro. She is expected to be out indefinitely.
Announcer Bob Caudle, who also was assaulted by Jarrett and his guitar on Nitro, suffered a minor concussion and will be returning to work in a few weeks.
At the Clash of Champions, as a result of an attack by Daniel Puder, Bill Goldberg suffered a broken left wrist which required surgery and will be out of action for an indefinite period of time.
Both Terry Funk and Cactus Jack suffered minor concussions and required stitches after their "Hardcore Match" at the Clash of the Champions. Neither man is expected to miss any ring-time.
